Healthcare needs more spaces where we can learn from each other.

When we started thinking about The Frontline Dispatch, I kept coming back to one question:

What would make this worth someone’s time?

We don’t need more information competing for our attention. What I think we need are spaces we can trust.

Healthcare looks different depending on where you sit. A nurse, physician, patient, healthcare leader or innovator can experience the same system in completely different ways-and there is so much we can learn from each other.

That’s what I hope The Frontline Dispatch becomes: a trusted place for useful information, honest perspectives, resources worth sharing, and conversations that bring different parts of healthcare together.

We’re starting small, and I want this to evolve around the community that grows with it. Tell us what you found useful, what made you think, what we’re missing, and what you want more of.

If this becomes something you open because you trust there will be something worth knowing, then we’ll have built what we set out to create.
